I have all of my vitamins sitting out. There are 7 jars...I look like a pharmacy. Do you tend to take them all at once? I have a multi, EFA, B-6 and B-12 (not sure that I should take both or need both) Flaxseed oil, Chromium and CLA. Some I had and some were given to me by a friend who had a new year’s resolution to take vitamins. She never opened the bottles.
Most say to take with a meal or food. I was going to split them up. Any opinions/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
also-none are from the center..I figured I may as well use what I have. I hope that does not make a big difference.
