I am on day three for days 1-4.
I just realized that I ate 2oz of cheese in place of my protien last night.
The center was very specific about not trading and replacing or saving, ect. I totally did this by accident. Is this going to make a huge difference?

Don't worry about it. It won't be the first slip up you have - trust me. Just move forward! It's not going to do that much damage - going forward, just have cheese 1/day, and generally make it at either breakfast (a piece on sara lee delightful bread after being in a toaster oven is DELIGHTFUL ... tee hee) or at lunch (perhaps rolled up w/some turkey or chicken deli meat). You'll be fine - congrats on taking the step to just get started!!
