Default Questions..I am nervous!

Hi. I went in for a consultation yesterday. I was horrified when they weighed me. I wanted to think about the cost before signing up. I am going back today after work. I am curious, has anyone done LA Weight Loss prior to doing this? I did LA and did great...this seems very similar in some respects. I think I need the accountability.
Also, I was wondering about the medical questions. Do they use the answers to turn folks away? I had my gall bladder out almost 3 months ago. I am wondering, should I wait until it was a full 3 months before starting? I feel fine, medically, just fat. I have gained 12 lbs since having it removed. I think it is just because I started pigging out again and did not have to think about the after effects.
Is there anything I need to know before signing on the bottom line?

I understand your nerves completely. I have been on MRC since 4/10 and have lost 40 pounds. I too had done LA weight loss before this. And I love this so much better. Because it is all normal food, no pre packaged meals. I have also had my Gall bladder taken out and it has actually made me feel so much better since having that out. Being on plan I have more energy, I dont get sick to my stomach like I did after having my gall bladder out. The reason for the medical questions is to help them figure out the best menu plan for you, that will give you the best results. Don't be afraid to ask them more questions though. It really is a great plan and so easy, and the accountabilty really helps alot. Good luck, we are all here to help and support you too....Hugs,

I did LA Weight Loss about 3 years ago - it worked alright, but not as well as MRC has worked for me. I feel like I'm really learning how to eat on this plan, and I feel it's a level I will be able to maintain once I reach my goal.

Thanks so much..that is good to know. I did well yesterday. I am a-okay today and I go for my food class tomorrow...fresh tomatoes and cucumbers are my favorites...so this was a good time for me to start. Plenty of cukes and tomatoes in the garden.
