Default TIP: Regularity...sorry if this is TMI

Hey all! I just wanted to share this little tid bit a consultant told me. I was feeling a little bloated and hadn't [I]gone to the bathroom[I] in a few days (even though I was taking internal cleanser) and my consultant suggested an organic tea called "Smooth Move". You drink it around bedtime and the next day, you are good to go!! Of course, it shouldnt be used regularly, but it REALLY helped and my tummy didnt hurt at all!

Just an FYI because eating alot of protein can have this effect

I had digestive issues a while back due to some prescription medications I was on. I started taking a probiotic, and it really has helped. Now that I am no longer on the medication, I plan to continue taking it to keep my internal flora balanced. I use Garden of Life's Primal Defense Probiotic, and I got it at Drug Emporium. It is around $27-$28 for 60 capsules. I take one a day in the morning with room temperature water.
