I was in the middle of doing MRC a few years ago and had no issues getting pregnant. My program had to be put on hold during that time. This time around, my cycles have been 100% normal. No issues whatsoever. Every woman is different and while it may alter some ladies' cycles, others have been totally normal.

I've had some spotting after working out, but I was also told it was normal. The BC pill I'm on just allows one period every three months or so, but I was spotting both months... So far, my body has adjusted and it has gotten better.

I know what you mean about having a baby. My husband and I had fertility issues around ten years ago and it was TERRIBLE. We did the testing, shots, and medication... So, I'm still nervous when my cycle doesn't work out... but we were also told that excess weight could cause fertility issues as well...
