I'm on day 4 of preconditioning for the MRC diet, but the closest center to me is about a 19 hour drive away. So, i'm doing it by phone and email, etc. My first phone call weigh in is tomorrow. So far, the 4 days of preconditioning haven't been too bad. I've actually dropped 5 pounds-- most likely water weight. The atkins diet -- which I've done before prepared me for giving up sugar and caffiene (not a pretty sight for a day or two...but i've recovered
Anybody else doing the program from another state? Any pitfalls i should watch for or tips to make it work? Is this program sustainable long-term and long-distance?
