Guggul??
 

Hello. Do any of you take the Guggul medication for carb cravings? Just got back from my center and they stated that if I took this, my carb cravings would be reduced greatly. Just wanted to get opinions before I make the purchase. If it works, then it's worth every penny to me! ;)

Hello Shanna,

My sister took guggul in the beginning and she didn't feel that it helped her. I don't know personally because I didn't take any of the supplements besides the HNS's and EFA's.
I have a hard time buying into what "they" recommend.:o
Hope you find something that does help with your cravings..I hate that feeling.:mad: BTW..Oddly enough my name is also Shanna.:D I've never met someone who shares my name who spells it the same as I do..Too cool-:cool:

I purchased the Guggul but will not do so again after this bottle is gone. I do not notice a difference from when I take it and when I do not.
