Back on Program
 

I fell off the wagon after I found out I was anemic, and after having been on iron supps for 2 months I am going back on MRC. Today I go back to get my new menu. I just hope this time I can stick to it and not look back!

I will be here looking for support from you guys!

Welcome back lindscounty, I also had a problem with anemia on MRC.

Before MRC, i've always taken a multi-vit and they always have iron in them. When I went on MRC, I starting taking their multi which DOES NOT have iron (who on earth knows why) and didn't realize it until the signs of anemia started setting in! So it turns out on MRC, there's *very* little iron in the diet and most iron rich or fortified foods (wheat bread, cereal) are off program.

I've been taking an iron supplement the whole time now and feel great, hope you do too!
