I am just wondering how fast people are losing their weight. It seems the last 4 weeks for me have been soooo slow! I have only lost 1.5 lbs each week! I am not doing anything differently than before and have tried several "tactics" suggested by my counselors to speed things up. On one hand, I am happy that I am losing and not completely plateau'd, but on the other hand I am frustrated! I see other people walking out of the center all the time losing 3-5 lbs per week. I just don't want to get to the point where I am ready to throw in the towel. So tell me about your experiences. Anyone else a slow loser?
