Default Vanilla Wafers

Can anyone help clarify (they were pretty busy and crazy at the center tonight and I didn't get a good explanation)...are the vanilla wafer cookies used as an additional (extra) snack/treat or do they take the place of an HSN? I know they said I can only have them twice a week - I only plan on once a week - as a special treat on my school nights. Thanks for any help you can offer.

I may be wrong on this, but I thought they were a meal replacement.

Leigh, it might really help you if you asked your center for a copy of the PRODUCT SELECTION SHEET that identifies what all these HNS and Meal Replacements are. They should NEVER be TOO BUSY to equip you with the necessary information to make correct choices! --Joy 2 Me n' U

leigh they are meal replacements. I inquired about that too. They sure would
be a good snack, but 200 calories is a high calorie snack..

Thanks all - I did pull out my original materials and did see they were listed on the product sheet as meal replacement. Thanks for all your help and clarification.
