Default Suggestions for days you have 3/4 creamy left

I had "cheesecake" this and really liked it. I noticed that it counts as 1/4 creamy supplement.....so any great ideas out there for when you have 3/4 creamy left and don't want to miss out

a counselor at my center told me that on those days that you have a recipe that has a half creamy or something like that she still goes ahead and has another creamy or clear HNS so that she has 4.5 HNS's some days. I like her way of thinking

Thanks for all your useful and knowledge of information.
How long have you been doing this, I think you would be a great counselor.
At least you are one for our board. thanks, magnoliagirl

why thank you 6 months to be exact. My first day of program was 4/26. I enjoy sharing my experiences, struggles, triumphs, and tidbits. There are several of us who have been doing this long enough to have those 'little things' that work and make this program work, beyond just the things that the center tells you. I know I wouldn't have survived this program without 3FC!!

If its vanilla, I take the 1/2 that is left over (or whatever is left over) and add it to root beer or chocolate soda and have an extra treat.

You can also take the remaining creamy, put it in a small container and mix water with it very slowly, like a tsp at a time, if even that much. Mix it until it gets kind of batter consistancy and then eat up. I like the chocolate this way. It tastes like brownie batter.
