I was told by the center to take flaxseed. I have been but found that is the reason why I have heartburn so bad. Are there any other options out there that you know of instead of flaxseed????

are you using ground flaxseed, whole, or just the oil? how much are you taking? I have gerd (reflux) and haven't food it to be a problem. not sure what you would take instead.

I have been taking the gel caps...1000mg each. I am supposed to take between 3000-9000mg each day but the most I have taken is 2000. So there is no way I could take the full amount each day.

I take 2 capsules with each meal (1000 mg) for a total of 6000 mg and I buy mine at Wal-Mart.

I just talked to the center...they said to stop taking it and maybe try the All Womans Oil that they sell...do any of you take that????

why dont you start just taking fish oil instead?? The point of the flax is to give us our good omegas 3-6-9......
