Default Encouragement for those of you giving up caffeine and your diet soda

Just want to tell you I'm on day 16 and I drank 2-3 diet cokes a day and caffeinated coffee (a cup or two)....I was more scared of my soda pop being taken away than even the food.....so if you're going through this....you can do it if I did!!! The Diet Rite cola is actually a good option once you get past initial part of program. I think it's the carbonation that keeps me going.

I've been drinking seltzer water when I really have to have someting carbonated. It only has 10mg of sodium. The center said it could not count towards my water total, but it's very refreshing
