I just signed up this week and started Releana (natural HCG) last Thursday. I started counting calories and exercising 6 days Jan-May with one 15lb loss. I quit for 4.5months and didn't gain anything. I'm down to 133 (5lbs in the last 4 days). I just was done...I want to lose it and live life.
I don't know anything about MRC, so anything you could tell me would help. Any one compared the two? Similarities/ Differences?
Here's a quick diet plan for Releana:
(HCG drops under tongue twice a day)
two pieces of fruit 6 hours a part
2L at least of water
(non-calorie drinks any)
twice a day: 3.5oz lean meat, 3.5oz green (mostly) veg.
