B-6 and Flaxs
 
Can someone please tell me how many mg is in the MRC B-6 and Flax? I bought some B-6 tablets from walgreens and they are 100 mg and it directs me to only take one a day, but when I was taking the MRC ones I was told to take two a day. An as far as the flaxs goes I haven't taken any since I ran out and I think I need to start back. THANK YOU in advance.
