Default Meal Bars

Why do you think we are only allowed to have them 3x a week? Is it because they'd rather you have an actual meal? Or because there's more carbs or something in them? I'd love to be able to use them more often for lunch.

More carbs and because they don't want MRC to be a quick fix program. Everyone who does the meal replacement diets tend to gain weight back.
