are we aloud to have fat free sugar free pudding like the (jello brand)? and if so what does it count for? thanks in advance!

I don't think that is allowed on the plan. When you get to a later meun, you will be able to have pudding from MRC. It is ok, I don't really care for the texture though.. If you were having a chocolate attack it would do the job I suppose..

No pudding, sorry. But the creamies will take care of some of the cravings. I personally don't use them as puddings but in receipes. Like at lunch, take the fruit, some soda and ice. put in a blender, add the vanilla pudding mix and blend to make a smoothie. Take diet root beer and do the same w/o fruit and it is like a rootbeer float. Also making the pudding bites are good and kinda filling.
