Default Sea Salt

So I've lost my paper work on the spices we can have. I know we can have Sea Salt, but how much? I feel bloated this morning and I used the sea salt last night.

Could it be that?

I just use a sprinkling of it.. Then I make sure to drink a lot of water to flush it out.. I can't eat food without salt on it as I have no sense of taste so salt is the only thing I can actually identify. I told them that at the center when I signed up.. I don't use a whole lot, just enough so I can know I am eating something..

Only thing I can find about that is the sea salt is a different texture. Maybe you use less of it because it's a larger grain.
