Checking in

Hi all. Haven't checked in in a while, I was in Vegas for a week where I gained 5 lbs, down now all but 1.5 of it! But it's that time of the month so I expect a huge drop by the end of the week! =) =) Vegas was wonderful!

I have all of my food made lasagna, cheesecake, baked chicken for the week and plan to KICK BUTT! Hope everyone is well!
