So for those of you who have this figured out...

  • How many carbs are we getting on a daily basis on the green menu?

    I know we consume anywhere form 750 to 1200 calories a day, but I was wondering about the carbs.

    I typically eat 800 - 900 calories a day and that includes 60 - 80 g of carbs.
  • I don't know the answer to your question but I know the protein to carb ratio is supposed to be 3 to 1 while in weight loss phase.
