Default Uh oh! I goofed, now what?

Okay, center is closed, and I screwed up lunch. I accidently ate my carb instead of my fruit. Now what do I do? Do I eat my starch at dinner or do I eat my fruit since I missed it? Anyone done this before? I just broke out of a rut and am really afraid I may have just thrown myself back into it. Help!

must get more sleep... must get more sleep... can't read a menu when I tired it seems.

Thanks!

my opinion is to eat your fruit at dinner instead of starch. Then go take a nap and don't stress. All will be well. I have to switch my meals around all the time due to working nights.

don't stress about it and don't be too hard on yourself. At least you didn't substitute Hershey's Kisses for your fruit It's not the end of the world nor the end of the diet.

Thanks ladies! I'll switch out. It's been so crazy the last couple weeks and I'm just out of control today. (Not food wise thank goodness!) I swear I have a memory the size of a small pea! I'll roll with it and sleep early tonight.
