CoQ10 question

Last time I was at MRC one of the pills that they recommended was CoQ10. They said it was for skin elasticity? I know it helps either the heart or circulatory system... or both. Ill look that up. My question is does MRC still recommend it and if so what mg and how many times/what time of day are you supposed to take it? I ask this b/c MRCs dosing instructions are usually different from the bottle if you dont buy it from them.
Thank you!:)

I am taking it. I believe its 30mg with each meal. They are still recommending it.

I don't have my info. here at work with me, but I was taking MSM and they told me that was for elasticity/joints. I can't remember, but I thought they mentioned the CoQ10 for cholesterol or something. I'm probably way off base though, so maybe someone else on here has the paperwork that has all the pills/descriptions on them.

Thanks Noahsmama.
Ill google the benefits of MSM. I remember taking a pill for elasticity... just dont remember which it was. lol.

Update: Youre right... it is MSM. Looks like I will be adding CoQ10 and MSM to my little army of pills.
Thank you girls!

Does anyone know MRCs dosage for MSM?
