Help Please!!!!!
 

I received my package today and there is not alot of information in there and I am doing the program thru mail. I received the meta-slim menu. Do you do 4 days pre condition on this menu and they send you another or do 4 days cutting everything out and then start this menu. Sorry I am lost and the center is now closed.

I wish I could tell you. I started on the Meta-Slim Plus menu (because I was over 200). I was on pre-conditioning for two weeks. I've heard that people start I think maybe the blue/yellow menu for 4 days then go to the blue/yellow and then after 10 days go to the green menu. What color is your menu now?

The menu that you received is for days 1-4, you will then get another menu for days 5-10. As for the days where you cut everything out, that is preconditioning. During preconditioning the encourage you to begin eating 3 meals a day, cutting out caffeine, sugar, snacking and begin getting in 64 oz of water. Generally with a center they will have you do preconditioning until your food class and then have you start program on a Monday. The preconditioning thing seems to vary widely from center to center in terms of lengths and instructions during that period. My suggestion would be to pick a date that you would like to start on program and precondition until that point.

My menu is green at the top it says meta-slim three meal plan. Thanks for all the help. It just kinda hard trying to figure it all out. Guess I need to call them tomorrow and ask some questions? I jsut thought for sure they would send something to explain it.
