Hello everyone. I recently found this site while doing some research on how I can get myself on a diet as close to the Meta Slim diet as possible and found myself creating a profile after reading through several pages of this thread. My thanks for everyone who put this thread together. I used to move furniture for a living and diet plans didn't seem to do any good for all the exercising I did5 to 6 days a week. I used to weigh a little over 380lbs. After getting hurt on the job, I joined MRC and it was great. I was placed on the Meta Slim Plus menu and I ended up getting my weight down to 270lbs after 8 months on program. I never felt better in my life and I wasn't even doing heavy lifting for a living anymore. But, life threw me a curveball and I had some choices to make. One of those choices included quitting the program because I needed the money to get through that time in my life. Now, I am doing research to get back on the diet without spending enough money to look like I'm paying off a car every month. I plan on starting my preconditioning on the last week of January so I can get enough of the right groceries to support the diet I want to start. I know I'm new here but, I would appreciate it if anyone knew how to get a hold of the meta slim plus menu again. Thanks for reading this.

Hello. This is such a great site and I've learned alot. I'm currently 217lbs and would love to start MRC but like alot of people I just can't afford it at this time. I know that I can order what I need from diet direct. But could someone please email the different menus that I would need to follow for my weight. And how long to stay on each menu. And whatever tips you could shar would be very helpful.
Hmmm. I can't PM yet as I'm new here and have not posted enough. And I suppose it's not all that safe to list email addresses here.

Sometimes I would sneak in a small handful of chocolate chips :P. Maybe if I had stayed more O.P. I would have lost even more but I am happy with what I lost. Needless to say I started back to school, moved into a new house, and had many MANY September birthday's to get through and I completely stopped doing the plan. I have gone through the remorse and am now ready to start again. The only thing I seem to lack is accountability and encouragement. I don't think I need the centers to do this for me, I think just having a buddy would help. Would anyone else mind if I joined this bandwagon?
Misty, i would love for some help in this process. I have LGMD, i saw on your profile you have MD as well.
