Default Need to get started again! help

Help!!
Is there anyone out there that can help me get a copy of the green menu. I went to MRC a few years ago and would love to start again. I just cant afford the price of the program right now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am ready to get back on track and I think finding this sight will make up for the support I would be missing from the center.
Thanks

I have been trying to get a menu for a while now. I dont know why, but I dont think you are going to get one here. I can't understand why no one will help. In any case, good luck.

Here's the basics I can type out. I don't know how to copy one to you.
Breakfast:
1 protein
1 bread
nhs

mid morning nhs

Lunch:
1 protein
1 veg
1 fruit
nhs

mid afternoon nhs

Dinner
1 protein
1 veg
1 bread

evening:
nhs

The basics:
protien equals 4 oz cooked
veges are 4 oz cooked or 8 oz raw
2eggs or 1 egg and 1 oz cheese is a protein
breads are 45 cal breads.....bread, oatmeal, beans, tortilla, melba toast only
