Smile MRC menus

Hi ~I am still looking for copies of the menus. If someone has and can email I would appreciate it. I am almost desperate, but not quite. I have the drinks, but I need the diet to go along with them. Trust me the drinks don't work with out the diet!!!

Thank you, and good luck to all
Deb

Default Menus

What menus do you need? I have the yellow, green, blue menu combo. I was out to lose 50 pds. I can email them to you if you like? I also have the menu if you are over 200 pds as well.

Pre-conditioning? I never bothered with that, I just started and had no problems. Let me know if that helps you.

Rumor 13, could you send the over 200 menu to me? I am very curious about the eating plan, but like alot of others cannot afford the extra expens right now.

Hi. Can I also get a copy of the menus. I really want to try the program but can't afford it right now. I need to lose 30 pounds, so whatever menu that might be. Thank you so much!

Is the menu for over 200 lbs, beige?

I think that is the one I have. It seems like it allows you a lot more food.

I would love a copy too! I forget which color mine was. I am just under 200 and it was either green or beige.
I would be forever indebted...

Hi Rumor13,

Yes if you would please email me the menus (yellow green & blue), I would be forever grateful. Am stuck and seem to be gaining rather then losing, and trying to do this by memory is not working very well. My email is dapalmer24@gmail.com.

Thank you!!

Rumor13~

Hi, did you lose the weight you set out to? I know when I was on this diet just 2 1/2 short years ago, the pounds melted off. Unfortunately, I have gained almost all of it back.......UGH!!! I know the diet works, and I agree with you about the pre-conditioning. Also, not sure if you are aware but there are websites where you can purchase the exact same drinks they sell at the center for about the same price or less.

Thanks again for you help!!!

Could someone please email me (anrich81@yahoo.com) all of the menus, I wanted to see what this was all about, but am afraid to pay more money without knowing what's in store. TIA

Hi!
I was wondering if I would be able to get ahold of those menu's as well!? I went to talk to them and there is no way I would be able to afford what they wanted me to spend each month. Yet I really want to lose the weight!

Ihave the preconditioning menu which I will scan and send. I go back for my next menu on Wednesday and will scan and email on Thursday. I totally understand about the expense. It was $99 for me to re-up for 10 weeks, or $129 for 17 weeks. Then $74 for the All day weight loss. But I was am so desperate to get this weight off that I was willing to pay. The only good thing is that I found a site that you can get the drinks for less. dietdirect.com. So...after I buy my initial supply from them, I am going to order on line. Plus they offer free shipping. Will keep you posted and let me know if you have any other questions.

Gatorgirl6

The only reason I got away with paying only $99 was because I was on the plan 2 years ago. Trust me if they wanted another $300 plus, I would never have rejoined. That being said I am more than happy to help out anyone that may need the menus. Will get to you as soon as I can have it scanned. Oh, and good luck with the bargaining thing, they would not move an inch for me. :-(

I just got back from my consultation and I was quoted 300 for the 17 weeks.

I would LOVE it if I could get a copy of the green menu. Thank you to anyone that can send the menu to me so I can get started right away. I went to MRC 3 years ago and lost 50lbs. After having my daughter I gained it all back and really want to loose it again.
