I have a friend who lives where there is no center and the online price is very high, she is diabetic and I was hoping someone had the diabetic menu. Please email it to me thanks......

I am over 250 and I REALLY need to lose weight. I was on the MRC diet once before and it was great but I can not afford to get started again. Can someone help me with the meun?

Hi everyone I was on the plan awhile ago and I found the website from some other posts for the protein drinks, but I was wondering if someone could also send me the menus as well. I just recently spent 4 months on bedrest 2 of those in the hospital where I was served ensure and boost 3x's a day until I gave birth. LOL needless to say I went from post bedrest weight of 180 to 230 currently. My daughter is 3 months old now and I really would like to start the plan again since she is now weaned.

I am currently 165 and there are no centers near me. I really want to start the program but don't have the menus. I would love to purchase anything needed at other stores, but don't know where to start with the menu plans.

bizeb, i can understand your problems. have you heard from anybody about menus and such. really want to do the diet but with the drop in jobs in the oil field $$$$ is tight.
