So I see alot about yellow or blue or beige menus. Mine is white. What am I missing?
The top my menu reads Meta-Slim - Plus Level 2. Which one is that??

Hey Biloxibound
Green menu is when you get to 199.5 and it is 4 oz of protein instead of 6--2 ounces of cheese instead of 3, 4 HNS instead of 5.

I know the diet works, and I agree with you about the pre-conditioning. Also, not sure if you are aware but there are websites where you can purchase the exact same drinks they sell at the center for about the same price or less.
Thanks again for you help!!!

PorchMom, when I joined, I only bought the HNS's and by passed all the suppliment pills...guess you can say I was cheap. I lost good the first 3 weeks, and almost two weeks off plan set me back. Now I am at a stand still, but I did lose 24", so that was nice, although the counselor told me if I was on MRC6 or Cortitrim, not sure which one, I would have doubled the inches lost. Someone else told me that wasn't true. So I am going to try another month will out buying the pills and hopefully the scales will start to move again.

I went to a consultation this week and learned about the cost. As I was sitting i nthe final parts of the consultation I received a message that my disabled husband was admitted to the hospital. Although i was very concernred about the cost I was going to try and work it into budget HOWEVER with this set back the cost is now way out of my reach. I would very much appreciate it someone would send me the menus. Additionally, I would like to know the content with total amounts for the supplements. How much protein does each of the drinks have in them? Can you tell me what is in the phentra trim plus, mrc-6 and Total Woman Oil or how I might be able to get them without actually being in the program with the company? It sounded so promising and I am heart broken that I can not afford this program.
Thank you so muhc for any help.

MRC6 says 10 mg Vitamin B6 and 1000 mg proprietary blend (kelp, lecithin, apple cider vinegar (fruit), blue green algae, bromelain 600GDLU/GM and says other ingredients : Magnesium Stearatem, Silicon Dioxide, Gelatin Capsule
Contains Corn, Soy...serving size is 2 capsules.
Hope that is helpful. Would be interested toknow if you find an equivalent and if so where as cost is also an issue for me.

I am also interested in this program for myself and my daughter but cannot afford to actually go. If someone could please email me all the info they have (yes, we are both over 200#), it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The only good thing is that I found a site that you can get the drinks for less. dietdirect.com. So...after I buy my initial supply from them, I am going to order on line. Plus they offer free shipping. Will keep you posted and let me know if you have any other questions.

Hello xnjgrl. I went to dietdirect.com and I didn't see any HNS drinks. I called and they said they didn't sell any MRC drinks. Is it under a different brand? I want to order I just don't think I'm looking in the right place. Can you help me?

bjwizzy, the drinks sold by dietdirect.com that are comparable to MRCs HNS concentrates are the ProtiDiet Liquid Protein drinks. They come 7 packets to a box, 60-70 cal, 15 g protein from hydrolyzed gelatin, have some fructose and a little sucralose. I think they are slightly sweeter than MRCs and so mix them with 12 oz water instead of 10 oz. I think the BariWise are powdered drinks similar to MRCs but I have not tried them. I did try the BariWise Variety Pudding and really enjoyed them.
On the dietdirect.com website, click on the Red " SALE - New Deals" at the top to see what is on sale - ProtiDiet boxes go on sale at $7.99 fairly frequently. Order enough when you do order to get the volume discounts - $49 - get a free sample of 3 things, $79 - get free shipping, $99 - use coupon code SAVEME10 and get 10% off your entire order.
