Default menus

Hi! This message is to all. I have read several requests from people to get the menus and I would like to also request the menus. I did this program about 6 years ago when I was in Colorado and went faithfully to the nearby center and was successful. At that time my start weight was approx 190. There was another girl from my work who was also following this plan and if I remember correctly she was on another menu as she weighed aver 200. As it happens, life has gotten in the way and I have gained back any lost weight and then some, putting my weight at 230 now and am wondering if someone can share that over-200 menu with me so that I can get restarted on this plan. I now live in state that has no centers or I would consider rejoining. Is there someone who would share this with me? Can you send me a private message as I am hesitant to include my email address in this post? I am also new to this forum and am still trying to learn it! Thanks to all!

They said it was a special for the drinks. I looked at dietdirect.com, the drinks are 10 a box correct or am I missing something. Are they the wonderslim drinks? Just curious.
I can't the remember the brand that they told on here, but the ones I found were $9.99 per box. So if you buy the 10/$90 from MRC, that is the better deal. I think they run this special all the time.

well as some of you may have seen in my posts on the stabilization threads - they're screwing me out of stabilization. the asst mgr that did my appt is "not there" anymore so i don't know what that's got to do with anything but they want me to wait till next month and do another stabilization appt and i just can't... so i had my first truly off program meal tonight after binging on CRAP today. my BF's being supportive telling me it shouldn't be hard, just to watch my portions but EVERYONE on here that didn't do stabilization gained it back and i'm scared. can ANYONE share these menus with me? i bought enough product to last through the weening off of the drinks because i intended to go through the end and now they want to give me two more weeks on plan and i just CAN'T do it. please pm me if you can help me or take my sn and put it in front of aol.com and you've got my email. that should be significantly masked to avoid the trolls.

ford4life69, go read the Stabilization thread. The posts there talk alot about just what is on the menus and how they do stabilization. I even peeked at the Maintenance thread - lots of good information and encouragement. I'm so sorry you are having a bad experience with your MRC personnel. They should be trying to help smooth the way, not make more roadblocks and stress. Good luck, jeanette

I've read through both of the stabilization threads and posted in both. I was SUPPOSED to get a call from the ctr mgr Friday evening but she didn't call. I can't afford to pay for it now anyway. I got so angry Thursday that the portion I had put together *all but $30* got spent on a bill I needed to pay instead so I have NONE of the money to pay for it anymore but the electric company is pretty happy right now because my pymt arrangement got taken care of early. *sigh* I understand people not wanting to give away information they paid good money for. I have hesitations about it as well but I feel like they screwed me just because I liked the no longer there asst mgr and I don't think it should be that way. If the other center in west texas *still nearly 3 hrs away* hadn't closed I might have thought to call them and see if they'd do it with me over the phone or something because if they HAD to see me first, I could find a way to make that trip because my BF loves to travel. Guess it doesn't matter now. Wish me luck going on my own with no clue what to do.

I would love to get a stabilization menu emailed to me. The center won't let me do it until I lose my last 4 pounds and I just cannot get it done. If anyone could send it to me that would be great. jstacute1@aim.com

The only good thing is that I found a site that you can get the drinks for less. dietdirect.com. So...after I buy my initial supply from them, I am going to order on line. Plus they offer free shipping. Will keep you posted and let me know if you have any other questions.

People that want to try the menus on your own and purchase the HNS's on line, will probably lose, but I truly think without the support of the center and the WI's, the measurements, and other tests they do during your meetings it will be hard to do...that is just my honest opinion. I didn't join the first time I went in because I too thought I could do it on my own by trying the SB diet plan. But if you don't follow it to the "T", it isn't going to work. Plus, to be honest, it may be the "money thinking" if your are going to spend that much on a diet plan, you are going to do it by golly!!! Otherwise, you have nothing to lose but weight by doing it on your own. Maybe some of you are better than I trying to do it on your own...and if so , good luck and I admire you for that. You have great will power.
