Default I paid 300

I had to pay 300 for 17 weeks, thats all I can afford and I will have to reup when my 17 weeks are done, ouch. My drinks were 10 boxes for $90, I did not think that was too bad. They said it was a special for the drinks. I looked at dietdirect.com, the drinks are 10 a box correct or am I missing something. Are they the wonderslim drinks? Just curious.

I too, was on the diet about three years ago; lost 136 pounds; then put on 30; went back to the center last year lost 15 of the 30 and now due to stress and alot of traveling I have put on 15 plus 10 more!!!! I refuse to go back to what I was and I cannot find my sheets for the plan; I remember so much of it, but it would help if I could get copies of all the plans along with the shopping list/list of good foods!! I am not in town long enough to go to the center and quite frankly, with all the traveling to Shands in Gainesville, its almost impossible. I did find a website that will sell the supplements for less than MRC and also found some great protein powder in my local health food store, but the list is vital. Could you e mail it to me? harleygirl4ever@bellsouth.net thanks

I used to be a member at 3FC years ago. I just found this forum when I was doing a search for MRC.
I dont have any MRC locations even remotely close to me. I would love to look over the menus for MRC. Could someone help me out with those?
I can tell by reading this thread that they go by colors? I have no idea which menu I would need to start out!
Can someone help a fat girl?haha
Thanks a bunch!!!

I'd like to remind everyone posting their email addresses that they are viewable by anyone wandering by and they are also harvested by spambots. In other words, you're going to end up on a spam list when you include your email address in a post. Your best bet is to sign up for a free email somewhere, such as gmail or hotmail, and use that email address just for public things and let it be disposable. Save your real email address for private usage.

I've been trying to lose weight for a while now, however, I'm really motivated now because my boyfriend is in Army Basic Training. I want to lose some weight, but I want to do it a healthy way. I've been looking into MRC and I just don't have the money to join. Can anyone help me with what you eat, menu plans, or any other information that I might need to know. I really would appreciate it <3
You can email me at kathrinej88@yahoo.com

Unhappy Menu help thanks...

I was on MRC during 2005-2006 and lost 100 pounds!! My life crashed in 2007 and I gained it all back. I want to return to that way of eating as it was very successful. I have purchased the drinks online. Have there been any major changes to the food groups?

Thanks!
DanaAlexa

I understand the idea of needing to be involved with a company to lose this weight correctly but it would sure help to know what the menus are like... I need to lose almost 100 pounds

This is a low fat, low carb, low glycemic, low calorie plan. Lots of veggies, a little fruit, a little starch. A normal serving of protein at each meal, mostly the low fat proteins like chicken & fish. Lots of water.

If you think a weight loss program is too restrictive, stop and consider how restrictive it is to be overweight.

Hey Cruisein,
Many of us here started out with 100 lbs to lose... that's my goal and I'm close to 20 lbs down after 6 weeks... It is very doable - the diet is just like Meemo says, protein/carb (40 cal) in am, protein/vegetable/fruit at lunch, protein/carb/vegetable at dinner. In addtion to this you take in protein drinks called HNS (highly nutritional supplements) at least 2 times a day. The plan is simple, easy to follow, requires you plan meals to really be successful. If you are diligent and follow it closely, it really really works. I chose MRC b/c I needed structure and I joined the center b/c I needed accountability - that is what they are offering me. The food you eat is natural, whole foods without added salt etc. You cut the caffeine, sugar etc completely out of your life. They ask you to take supplements as well but this is not required - read the posts on the new to MRC area etc. The plan can become boring, we try to shake it up by using different recipes posted here on this forum and from the MRC cookbook. Good luck in whatever you decide!

**Planning to sign the 20 lb board tomorrow!!**
