Would someone please email me the Metaslim yellow and blue menus? I'm a woman with about 25-30 to lose. My email is rribitt at gmail dot com (site won't let me post address as it's supposed to be written. Thanks!!

Also, someone has probably already posted about this but you can go to diets direct website (or possible diet direct) and order the HNS and other supplements for a little bit less than they cost at the center

I think some of those menus are under one of the other threads in the MRC forum. Just look for the attachment (paper clip) symbol where the title thread is.

Default Request for MRC menus

I joined MRC after birth of our child and I lost 45 pounds. This was over 5 years ago. I kept all the menus: blue, green and yellow. The weight has slowly crept back. I was looking for my menus and they were not where they were supposed to be. I'll rejoin MRC if I have to, it's just that I don't want to have to spend $1000 plus dollars again. It's also nice to know that others have went through program and discovered there are drink alternatives so you don't have to buy MRC's protein drinks---thus saving money.anyway, if someone could send me those menus I would greatly appreciate. (promise not to lose them this time....) my email is Nellwynn dot Huffman at gmail dot com

Default Menus and HSNs?

I was part of this program many years ago and don't remember being very successful. But I like strict diets...tell me what to eat, when to eat it and how much. I just don't plan well by myself. I am over 200 pounds and need help. I have a coupon for $100 off from the newspaper and want to try this again. Can I get copies of the menus to see what I will be doing. And is there any way to eat bananas? That is my favorite all time fruit dagnabbit! lol My email address is maidmariner at aol dot com. And are the supplements that I am reading about really the same from the diet direct website? Any way to save some money would be helpful.

Also, what is the best way to plan for the best money? If I remember correctly you have to give them an amount of weight loss desired and a time frame. Should you list more time for the loss? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thank you in advance. I am starting to read all the messages...may take a while but they are all helpful so far.

Hi Everyone,
I began this program over a year ago,and got lazy after my initial 10 pound loss, then quit (I love food). But I'm starting over because I know it could have worked. Today is day 1, and I already have a small headache due to the lower carb intake. I am a huge carb lover. Anyone know when the headaches calm down. I remember this feeling, and don't want to quit.

@ Dit250 - I remember those headaches. They were powerful. More power than when I would quit drinking soda. I had to take some Ibuprofen to help deal with them. It only lasted for a couple of days for me. Otherwise, hang in there! You'll get through it.

Hello Everyone! I can't attend the food instruction class I am scheduled for. When I joined I told them I would be out of town. It's a Holiday weekend. I asked if someone could do it one on one and they said no. I can't go next week either so I'll be pre-conditioning for 3 WEEKS!

I would appreciate someone providing me with a menu so I can get started. I can buy some things from GNC at least. I need to loose 60lbs if that changes the menu. I have no idea what menu I need. Can anyone help?? Thanks

Default military move interrupted MRC....

hi, I'm in a military family and I had to move before I was finished with my program. I found a place online that has the same (!) products, but I need to know how to follow their maintenance program when the time comes. Does anyone have the stabilization/maintenance menu?

my email is: username at rocketmail dot com

Were you able to get any menus? If so would you share. I need the preconditioning menu and beige menu. I have done this program twice. It worked but I didn't stick with it and ran out of money, ha.

I am in a wedding in a month and really want to precondition. I always lost like 10 lbs in a week with preconditioning. Thank u

How is the conditioning menu different from the regular one? Portion control, calorie restriction?
