I know its 3 fat chicks, but this is the ONLY site on the web dealing with MRC. Are there any other guys on here besides me?

Welcome! Yep - we're mostly women, but we had one guy who used to post regularly & lost a LOT of weight (upwards of 150 lbs, if I remember right) and he still checks back in from time to time. Right now we've got a guy who's been on the road a lot lately so hasn't been posting regularly, he's almost at goal himself.
Don't let us womenfolk scare you off - join us!

Yep, there are some guys around here, me included. Just passing by to wave since I'm not an Metabolic Research Center person. You might look around the different threads here on 3FC - lots of interesting places for youngsters, oldsters, weight lifters, runners, chatters, and whatever. In season there's usually a baseball thread; there's a college football thread going on now.
