It's called a signature, and you have to be a member for 20 days I think, and have atleast 20 posts.

BTW I went to myfitday.com and it is great. I definitely think that site will be useful... I like tracking things and had made my own spreadsheet and graphs before.

Another good site is spark people dot com. Wonderful for tracking your food daily, you can put in recipes & it will calculate calories, you can add your own foods (including HNS) to track calories, and they have their own recipe site. You can also track your exercise goals, it will put together a program for you or you can input your own. And lots of videos demonstrating different exercises.
I think it's most helpful for maintenance, tho - it really helps you see how "little" deviations can throw you way off track. Totally free, too. Great site!

Well, you can have green onions all along. But regular onions come back in maintenance. Maybe stabilization, I don't have that food list in front of me. But not during the green menu.
Some people stay really strict with the menus throughout their program. Me, I allowed myself the occasional small cheats. I know myself well enough to know that too much "deprivation" triggers cravings that will eventually lead to a huge binge, maybe never to get back. But if I allow myself the occasional "cheat meal", I can get back on program with the next meal.
Other people know themselves well enough to know that one little cheat will send them spiraling into more & more cheats & they won't be able to get back on program. It's a case of knowing yourself & what you can & can't handle.

I need to set limits and boundaries to know what a cheat is?? And how often I can allow those?

Darn I misread the rule for using a signature... I thought I would be able to have 20 posts. Oh no! I'm impatient. I am over 20 posts and wanted my ticker! Oh well

Ticker question
How do you know when you are eligible to create one of those cute little tickers? Do they send you an email when you've been a member long enough and have posted enough?
Thanks, Meiho
