Alexiah: my average is about 2 pounds per week. This week was 1.5. I think that my best week was about 3.

Tina is the one I started with but they told me yesterday that she left. We have 3 new counselors coming on board.

April has been such a horrible month for me as far as the losing--the scale just stayed close to the same no matter how much tweaking I did. Hopefully, May will be a much better month. In any case, I'm happy to be off to a good start of the month
I did measurements today and have lost 62 inches.

And I made chicken enchiladas last night for everyone and didn't even have one bite. That was difficult but I knew I had WI and measurement day staring me in the face so I was good.

THAT'S AWESOME!!!!!

FANTASTIC! Wow, 95 lbs in six months...that is truly an accomplishment and an inspiration to the rest of us. Now I'll have to start watching for your name with Donut's up on that 100 lb. board. Bet you'll be there in no time!

I think I'm averaging right at 3. I've really slowed down now that I'm getting closer.

Mine's averaged 2.5. I questioned the MRC counselor when I registered, as I have never lost 3 lbs a week on any weight loss program and was pretty positive that wasn't going to change. My first 3 weeks I made the 3 lbs, but lately it's been more like 1.5 a week. And I've been pretty religiously sticking OP. It has been a bit disappointing. They have my contract ending date set at July 17th. Not sure I will be where they want me to be by then, but I'm giving it a helluva try.

Default Hello & Cottage Cheese

Hey everyone,

Had to work the past 3 nights so I'm still reading the last thread trying to catch up...

cargirl: I'm sorry to hear about your mom and all you've had to go through.

Congratulations to all who are loosing - keep up the great work.

For those having a hard time in April - I'm with you. I'm such a creature of habit that when I find something I like to eat, I eat it all the time. Last month was buffalo burgers (90/10) so I think that might explain part of my problem. Pretty much had them everyday for lunch and dinner. Then breakfast was having the breakfast smoothing with cottage cheese. Gotta change that up.

Regarding the cottage cheese: At Publix I did find "Friendship" brand that has no salt added. Their low-fat has 360mg sodium for 1/2 cup and the no salt added, low fat is 50mg sodium for 1/2 cup.

Had mentioned before that I was really wanting Pizza Hut , so Monday night I broke down and got the stuffed crust cheese pizza. Told myself this is the last cheat! For goodness sakes...I only have 14 more lbs to go and my contract ends the first week of June. I know I can do this, just need to refocus and get out of my eating rut. Thanks for listening.

3MM:
3.5 lbs is terrific! You must have one heck of a large bladder to be holding that much liquid! But hey, I'd take the loss anyway I could get it. You go, girl!
