For those having a hard time in April - I'm with you. I'm such a creature of habit that when I find something I like to eat, I eat it all the time. Last month was buffalo burgers (90/10) so I think that might explain part of my problem. Pretty much had them everyday for lunch and dinner. Then breakfast was having the breakfast smoothing with cottage cheese. Gotta change that up.
Regarding the cottage cheese
: At Publix I did find "Friendship" brand that has no salt added. Their low-fat has 360mg sodium for 1/2 cup
and the no salt added, low fat is 50mg sodium
for 1/2 cup.
Had mentioned before that I was really wanting Pizza Hut
, so Monday night I broke down and got the stuffed crust cheese pizza. Told myself this is the last cheat! For goodness sakes...I only have 14 more lbs to go and my contract ends the first week of June. I know I can do this, just need to refocus and get out of my eating rut. Thanks for listening.
