Jeannie my leg feels alot better I can stand to walk on it better I have been putting heat packs on the hematoma so I hope it is just the bad bruise causing the pain . My doc told me to do that.
I was so stress over all that happened but I felt alot better after I started putting the heat on it just have to keep the heat away from the ango-seal.
Well I am going to have to get off the computer as I need to go to bed it took me this long to catch up on all of the post man that Donuts losing 150lb is awesome I am hoping I get to the 70lb board soon. I feel each time I sign one of the boards I feel so great it is a wonderful feeling . Well i had better sign off so I can get to bed.

Kristie..So sorry to hear all you're going through. Know we're here for you. I hope things work out best for you.
MsGigi..Thanks so much. I need to go downstairs and check my tea. I'm not sure what kind I have. It's probably not the stuff you mentioned, but I'll see. Thanks again.

I know personally, I totally dread going in and "facing the music" when I know I've been off plan. I'm glad you're working on getting things back on track. It's tough but you know you are worth it!!

Take the cottage cheese, put it in the blender with the Lemon Chiffon pudding mix. Add a little Splenda, some cinnamon and just a little water. Be careful with the water because it can get real runny super fast so start small (1-2 oz) and add more a little at a time as needed. Hopefully the next batch is better for you. I really love it.

I know it's frustrating when we're wanting more but 1 lb is still great. It's two fistfuls of fat! I don't have any additional suggestions on trying to get bigger numbers but I do second whoever said that if you are doing everything on plan, it goes against their guarantee and they should let you continue without charging you extra.

And this is why some of us can cheat and some of us can't! I know I've discovered here recently that I can't cheat. It takes too long for me to get back on track after that. I was thinking yesterday how I probably could be signing that 50 lb board by now if I hadn't thrown it out the window in Vegas. So from now on, no more. I've got to be committed to this plan because like you said... I want this more than anything. I want to be healthy and I want to be thin. My only suggestion is to try spicing up your menu a little. See how many different smoothie-style items you can make with your HNS. I've been mixing them with everything from fruit at lunch to Diet Rite and Diet Henson's at dinner. Variety is the spice of life! Good luck and keep on coming here for that moral support!

Have a good weekend!
Hope I hadn't left anyone out in my previous posts! There were many great losses this week! Congratulation to all!
Some are going through some rough patches! Just remember, some weeks will be better than others, we need to take the good with the bad! This is a normal balance in life! What don't break us down, will only make us stronger and the rewards that much more sweeter! Keep you head held up high and we will all get through this! Keep focused on the bigger picture!
Update on myself: Today was a beautiful day here in WA! I have been doing really good on plan all except my licorice kick the other day! Come the end of the day I made a decision that was probably not the best! I just did not feel like cooking and washing dishes tonight so I figured on taking a brake. I really was tempted to get some pizza but decided against it! The first time I cheated OP I had pizza and was dissappointed after (It just was not as tasty as I had expected). I do need to get me an eating out guide! I think my choices were not that bad. I picked up some chicken teriaki (almost positive I spelled this wrong) w/ a California roll (sushi). The cali roll has salmon, cucumber, and avocado rolled in seaweed, rice, and some sesame seeds! I did have a little soy sauce w/wusabi (spell check). LOL I had them go easy on the teriaki sauce and did not eat all the rice that came with the chicken.
As for all the discussion about the cheat or no cheat earlier! I am trying to adjust my way of thinking. I am in this whole thing for a healthier/happier me! When I am not happy with myself, I am in fact miserable and unintentionally, this does affect my loved ones! My problems with being overweight are not because of overeating or eating a whole bunch of junk! I have know for quite some time what my problem was. I am not an emotional eater and never have been really big on candy (this was an occasional thing). My main problem was consistency! For years I believe I deprived my body of the nutrients that it needed which was overlapped by some major surgeries and sheer becoming lazy. I went from being extremly active to a stand still. When I started this job, being on the road so much and not having a kitchenett, fast food became a convenience. I have always had an extremly slow metabolism. I would not eat breakfast, sometimes ate lunch, and dinner would be extremly too late for my body to even digest before going to bed! Generally, we eat pretty healthy with the exception of loveing pasta and rice!
I am in this to learn a proper balance in addition to consistency! There are a lot of serious medical issues with most of my immediate family in which I want to attempt to counter act before it is too late. This is from heart problems, diabeties, cancer, high blood pressure and arthritis to name some. In addition to these concerns, I know while serving in the Army, I put a lot of strain physically on my body which will be long term. The extra weight that I am carrying now just adds to many of these concerns.
A lot of the time when I need to eat, I am not even hungry (sometimes it is as if I need to make myself eat in order to get the nutrition that I know my body needs)! I am in this for the long haul and want to maintain a realistic outlook on life! There are going to be temptations out there but I need to learn what works for me. I need to learn to be self disciplined and make good healthy choices and maintain consistency within moderation.
I do apologize for rambling but want to say thank you to all that participate on this site. Each of us are individuals in our own right! We all will have our own views and opinions which will be based off of our own life experiences, and or exposure to circumstance! That is a very valuable thing! That means we all have something to bring to the plate. Where one may be week, the other may be stronger! If we continue to share our strengths and weakness, we can help one another in life! This is a journey that we have all chose! I am thankful for you all and appreciate the willingness to be open! For us to be stronger, we need to be able to identify where our weeknesses are (in which sometimes requires assistance, an outside perspective)! Thank you all for sharing! Have a wonderful weekend! Again sorry my post was so long!

OK, so my day was not the greatest. My WI stayed the same -- no loss, no gain (guess that is still a good thing).

Thanks.
Sorry to hear about the "flatline" on the scale today. I definitely know that feeling and it SUCKS! You know, I've heard my center preach on and on about this "chemical balance" and I really always kind of blew it off but I think there just might be something to it. And since you've had trouble with luncheons and stuff, that might be keeping your chemical balance from getting all synced up. Hopefully the tips you were given will help out and you'l start seeing better results on that dang ol' scale!

I was thinking about my total weight loss (I started on my own in January) and realized something quite eye opening. According to my home scale, I am down 37.8 lbs since January 2nd as of this morning. Getting to sign that 30 lb board at MRC really kind of drove that home and I was thinking about it and realized that I have NEVER lost this much before. Not even when 37.8 lbs was all I needed to lose! I would always lose 10-25 lbs, go off the wagon, and then would gain it all back plus some. I think my heart realized that when I got to sign the 30 lb board (hence the eyes welling up with tears) but my head didn't get wrapped around it until later.

Hey, that's 1 lb gone for good! Woohoo!!!
I actually like the peach mango. It was one of the first ones I tried and really liked it. It reminds me of Harbio Peach Rings. YUM!
You go to Lubbock center, right? I just found out that an acquaintance of mine works there. I think she's a manager or a trainer or something like that. Her name is Kimberly. She and her husband are close friends with a friend of mine. And speaking of Lubbock and my friend there, I will be going up there tomorrow to hang out with him. I'm curious to see his reaction to my weight. I don't think I've seen him since... October, maybe? He knows I'm doing the program and I told him who much I've lost but wonder if he'll say anything about the physical difference. (Yeah, I'm looking for an ego booster here!)

I'm very sorry to hear about that. Like someone else said... Would there be a chance you could go with him? Eight years is such a long time to spend together. Hopefully you two will find a way to make this work out. Good luck and just try and do your best to stay on plan during this super stressful time!

LOVE her. She actually started out as a client of mine (work for channel 2) and we've become pretty close since I joined the center. My first couple of weeks on program, she would get all these crazy text messages from me saying, "Can I eat ______?" and she always replied. I've met Amber from the Odessa store and another really sweet blonde girl whose name I can't remember. I think it was Tracy or Christy. I love my Midland girls, though. They are all just super awesome and there's not a one of them I don't want to see when I go in. I think Maudi (I'm not sure about her spelling) has been the only one to see me scale strip. I told her today I wasn't going to do that anymore since I started bringing my shorts to put on. Maybe we'll run into one another one of these times!
I'm bummed she hasn't sent it to me yet. I'll have to harass the heck out of her tomorrow. Thanks for the congrats!!

Thanks everyone for the encouragment and advice. I am going to try taking the internal cleanser at bedtime. Tomorrow at WI, I am going to get a couple of the fiber drinks to try also.
I think I have finally caught up on the reading.....I know I am going to leave out some people but here is what I can remember
Congratulations to Angierue, Singalong, and MSTeacher: You are rockstars!!!
Jewelie: So glad you found your ring!
Blueyedangel: I am glad you are abnormally normal!!
On the subject of cheating: I know I can't cheat! I wish I had the self control to be able to have a planned cheat and then get right back OP. For those of you who can do it every once in a while....I say go for it as long as you get right back OP!!
This has never worked for me. I know I have a problem with food and cheating just leads me down that slippery slope of....."I"ll just have a little of this and a little of that.......then a lot of this and a lot of that!!" This has happened to me too many times before........
I have Relay for Life next weekend. There is ALWAYS so much food (not celery and water either!!!)out there during Relay. I am on my school's relay team, and it is really making me nervous about being around so much food. We stay at the track all night. I am trying to make a plan for myself....because I know everyone else will be having french fries, egg rolls, brownies, cookies, etc, etc. etc.

I'm sorry, but would you please get out of my head!?! I swear, I was reading that and nodding my head saying, "Yep, know exactly what you mean" to pretty much everything you just said in that post.
And I don't think you're food choices were too bad. You want to know what's a great thing to acknowledge though? How different would those choices have been BEFORE you started back on MRC?

I am thinking of putting a team together for the one in Odessa in June and I never really thought about that... I'd double check with the center, but I think packing your own little Igloo might be good. You're going to be walking quite a bit so they might say it's okay to have the extra calories as long as you pick on plan stuff like fruit and veggies and protein like string cheese or even some cold grilled chicken breast. You're going to be up all night. Surely there's something you can have during that time when you're normally fast asleep!!!

Angie is it the peach concentrate or the powder that you like? My center has both usually but were out of the powder. So I wondered if I should try the powder next time, if it tastes much different.

I would definately pack a cooler with all you will need to "survive" while you are there. Then also throw in a few extra HNS's just in case. You can do it! Have fun at the Relay.

I definitely think the doctor first, then MSM maybe? I get mine from Swanson and its the same as the stuff they sell at the center though. It makes my nails strong and I swear my hair looks better! LOL...

Thanks for the story. My ex-husband used to carry me around when we were dating and I was 125 pounds... my DBF has never seen me much lighter than I am now and can't imagine picking me up, he was startled when I mentioned it. But he is going to the gym, and I am going to get back on track and lose this weight... so maybe someday...

I'm SO with you on this. I have been wandering in sugar land for this whole week. I went in on Wednesday for a class but didn't get weighed... today I'm going to weigh in and just accept whatever the scale says and start over... sigh... Hang in there, we can DO this!
===
So, yesterday was my last day at the old job. Very emotional week, but I got a lot of closure with people. Did I mention I'd been there 8 years? Monday is the start of the new job, and I am excited/nervous.
I was off plan most of the week and discovered that eating my old way gives me heartburn and makes me feel yukko. So, back OP today!!
Thanks for being here!

We just had one here too! Take stuff that is on plan for you...share your veggies, fruit, and cheese...that way you are contributing but eating good things....also take plenty of water to drink. Water always helps me "feel" full!

I've had both the concentrate and the powder. In that flavor I like the powder the best. I like the concentrate in most everything else but not in the peach mango for some reason.
