I thought i'd share a little recipe i was told about that makes a nice snack and tastes fantastic.
Anyone could make this, it's that easy.
All you do is put one scoop of whey protein in a small bowl add a table spoon of water, stir it up until it starts to stick together then add another table spoon of water and repeat. It should take about 2-3 tables spoons to get the mixture the right texture, you're looking for a chococale pudding type yexture with no lumps. You can play around to get a texture that you prefer, but it only takes about 2 minutes to make.
