Hello I change my eating 4 months ago at 43 yrs of age added in a little exercise and dropped 40 lbs from 12-21-15 to 4-17-16. Joined 3 fat chicks to read and learn about nutrition. I'm still working on my after pic but here is my before and present progress pic. I cut out all processed food except for cottage cheese.
Great job! I'm 43 also and lost 40lbs last year on Ideal Protein. I'm finding the loss was easy, it's the maintenance which is the hardest. Did you follow anything structured or routine?
