Ill try to make this very quick and simple. I've had my lap band for 10 years now. I'm about 50 pounds over what my lowest weight was. I've gained over the past few years. Now I want to knock the extra weight back off, but I feel totally lost. Instead of "returning to the basic rules" I've reverted to my old self constantly looking for a diet plan to hop on. Has anyone else experienced this? What should I do to start over? (I don't need a fill).
