Thank you Amandie *hug*.

I was actually looking over my daily weigh posts over the last two (now going on three) months and I realized that this latest plateau is actually very similar to others I have had its just far less erratic. This is actually what the trainer told me would happen (not in so many words, I'm reading between the lines like a good little social science scholar). He (kinda ) said my body would hang out at certain weights more often than gaining-losing-gaining-losing, it it was while I was just watching what I eat.

He even boldly stated that if I followed my program really well I would never plateau. I call shenanigans.

But anyway.

In about three weeks (which will be four total weeks at the gym) I am gonna take another progress pic to see what a difference a gym makes. I'll post it here when I do that.

Can't wait for that Bluejay. I am sure you will be pleased with the results. My arms are looking better already and it helps with the belly.

I hear for most men our arms get big really fast. So I'm not surprised.

If only my legs would tone up. They really look a mess now and they used to be one of my best bits. Says something about how the rest of me used to look!

Legs are the hardest part to train... You have to work really really hard at them.

If you really wanna tone them up I hear you gotta work them out a lot.. From what I gather the legs are the hardest thing to tone.

Just did 2 miles on the treadmill in 20 minutes. My best ever! No weight training today to give my muscles a rest.

I randomly gained 2 lbs (on the dot) today. We'll see if it's gone by tomorrow. Workouts been going well. Doing a lot of cardio now. I think I can see some change in my musculature... not much but some.

I am kind of surprised by that since it's only been about 2 and a half weeks.

Yeah, I do several. I do Diana's daily accountability thread. The lose 10lbs by June 1 thread. The two-teens thread. And the run 5k a day thread. And the lose by July 4 thread. And a first to lose 5lbs thread which I have won once (they're pretty quick in there!).

There are so many it's hard to keep track!
