I`ve just used Insanity, only a few times cause I havenīt really committed, but was testing them just to see if I could do them and they are hard. I usually run, between 6-10 kms, 3 or 4 times a week so I`m not really into the strength thing and the are REALLY REALLY HARD for me!!!
But you should try them, in youtube you can find the fit test (to do on day 1) and a few other workout, maybe just try it first, cause they are kind of costly, at least for me..
