I've become alot more fit now than when i started my diet first and i've shocked myself on the amount i have increased my stamina during workouts but the videos i've been doing on my computer are getting abit stale now and i need something new, basically step it up a gear.

I was pondering over the idea of buying the insanity workout or p90x dvd program.

Is anyone using these and if so, is it worth my time and money?

I`ve just used Insanity, only a few times cause I havenīt really committed, but was testing them just to see if I could do them and they are hard. I usually run, between 6-10 kms, 3 or 4 times a week so I`m not really into the strength thing and the are REALLY REALLY HARD for me!!!
But you should try them, in youtube you can find the fit test (to do on day 1) and a few other workout, maybe just try it first, cause they are kind of costly, at least for me..

good thinking, ill give it a go now. They are expensive but i've seen the results it creates and i'd be definately commited in giving it 100%

Dude get to DDP Yoga and order the pack from them. great workout awesome for strength and flexibility. Highly recommended.
