How's everyone doing? Well I got interested in IF through this post and your great results. It seemed like something I could do. I decided to go low carb, less than 20 grams daily and to limit my calories to 1800 per day. Well it's been 7 days and I've lost 9.4 lbs. and my blood sugar was 104 this morning, much better than the high 200's!
Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for their knowledge and accomplishments that have been shared here.
