How much weight did you lose before you actually noticed it when you looked in the mirror? And / Or before you went down in a pants size?

14 pounds for me.

And others started to notice at 30 pounds. You should really notice too at 30 pounds.

I've heard that once you're down about 10%, you and other people start to notice. I've just crossed that, and I haven't gone down any clothes sizes, but my shirts are definitely fitting better, and I don't feel like the button is going to go popping off my pants and shoot across the room (which has happened, by the way - that was fun).

No one has noticed, but since I'm short and really big, I figure it will take a bit more for that to start to happen. I shouldn't say no one - my wife has definitely noticed. Recently during happy happy fun time, she was pleasently surprised at how much...um...I'll just say "closer" we could get.

People are noticing now, but I feel like it was sooner than that. I have a huge collection of cloths which fit well now versus before. I am about 38% to my goal ATM.
