Default Hungry today

Argh, it was a tough one today. I worked at home and then went for groceries in the afternoon. I really felt hungry going round the store but managed to stay away from the bad stuff.

Most days are good but grocery day I am gonna have to watch.

When the wife and I go shopping now we joke and giggle about what it would be like to eat "real" food again.

What we can't/won't do is watch the food network. Just couldn't handle seeing all that food and sitting and drooling like one of Pavlov's dogs.

Wow - nice job navigating the grocery store while hungry, I've definitely lost that battle more than once.

Those "stay at home" days can sometimes be the toughest for me. The pantry and fridge just beckon.

Tell me about it, got some darn fine recipes off of that channel. But I also got a size larger pants because of it too. So it's worth not watching to be able to put the fat pants back into the closet permanently.

Food.com is my beast friend. If i am hungry, type in what I want I get a recipe for it and plus it gives nutrition info. How accurate? Eh, i'm willing to take it with again of salt but also I can sub stuff that's better for me if need be.

That's how I get through he grocery store, I navigate the meal I am making then get out.
