Another week down another with a 1.2 lbs weight loss to report.

232.8 lbs now just .2 off my previous low weight, will get there for sure next week.

Feels good to get back in the game and i have a loss of 2.2 lbs to report which now puts me at 259lbs.

I'm aiming for a 3lb loss next week, easy peasy!

Good work IrishLad. I am sure the new weight will be quicker to shift than the old. That's what I find when I get gains.

This is getting quite embarrassing now but I have to swallow my pride, I haven't been dieting for over a year and I'm sorry to say I went up to 289 lbs in the process. The only good thing is I'm still down from my original 332 lbs start.

I now have the will again and I'm not letting myself down this time, I'm kicking myself because I was almost at the finish line when I fell off. It's time to get back my self respect, watch this space.

Hi all, I was away on holiday last week but found a pharmacy to do a weigh in and I lost 1.4 lbs. This week I've lost 2.8, back in the groove.
