Good loss IrishLad! You're in the groove now. Just keep going like you are and the weight loss will just fly by. Same old, same old. I found that I was able to keep 5lbs/week loss going for quite some time which, as you know, is significant!

Well I've actually gotten there twice now but keep bouncing back up to 220.. kinda irritating... Its all on my daily weigh log down, be-low. I may increase my calorie intake to see if that pushes me permanently into the 2-teens. I am not sure yet. But It's getting closer and closer to that time where I need to get a gym membership.

I am seeing myself running into these little plateaus once a month or so... I was at 236 for nearly a week last month.

Update: Now that I look at may daily weigh post I have been bouncing between 219 and 222 for 7 days now. Ugh -_-.

I hit 273 yesterday which puts me at a 22 pound total loss. I am looking forward to getting into the 260's that is when I am going to be more comfortable in jogging on my knee I had surgery on in December.

Another week over and another weigh-in, i now weigh 288.8 which means i had a loss of 5.2 lbs this week which i'm pretty happy with.

The 270's are well in my sights!
