I'm doing good on my program and staying motivated. My challenge for the Men's forum people is to lose 10 pounds by March 1st. If I stay with my 1500 calories and 30 minutes a day of walking, I know I can do it. If you want to join the challenge, post in. (guys only)
I've been getting kinda hungry but it's only been a few days. Tonight I wasnt able to finish my supper, only ate half of it and i've only had 1000 calories. Guess i'll eat some peanuts and finish my diet Dr. Pepper and call it a day.
I eat 5-6 times a day. 1700-2100 calories. I mostly stay at around 1900 but I've some up days and down days where I didn't eat exactly to plan. I'm in for trying to get 10 more by March 1st. My plan would put me at 8 more, but then January I lost 12, so maybe I can get 10 in February.
going for 12-15 this month. January turned into a bit of a wash in terms of the scale, but did lay some solid foundation for better habits in the kitchen. Better habits with sneakers on need to be established, but hoping that it comes together. Amazing how I can be my own worst enemy more often than not!
@speed - I hope you do well this month. How is your wonderslim working for you?
Thanks for asking, it's going great. I lost 8.4 lbs last week with zero exercise. This week I will be adding in some treadmill time and am very curious to see how it will effect my loss coming up.
That's true, I am not expecting a big loss next week because some of this was water weight. I'll keep posting the results though. Thanks for the encouragement!
@andrew - glad to hear you are doing well. Anyone here notice issues with the website? Having problems opening the page sometimes, it seems to be down a lot.
I am doing well on my program. I will get weighed mid-month and will then I'll see if it's working as well as I hope.
I have those web-site issues as well. They mostly seem temporary and go away after a little while.
