Default Daily Intake

Day #1

1.5 lbs. frozen blueberries
3 dates
1 cookie(my daughter made them, didn't want to insult her)
1 can of sliced peaches
1 can of Minestrone(200 calories)
Oodles of water
1 bottle of Muscle Milk(low fat and 25g of protein)

Dinner will be fresh green beans with chopped garlic, mashed potatoes, and lean steak.

Gym - 30 hard minutes on the bike, 30 minutes circuit weight training.

Mile and a half run - outside

Might I suggest a lot more protein and veggies? Fruit is good but it contains a lot of sugar and carbs. Specially if you are going to be working out a lot you'll need that protein for your muscles.

I'd also stay away from canned fruit- tons of sugar in that syrup

Dinner sounds pretty good, minestrone too if it's homemade OR is low sodium

Not sure what kind of plan you are following but things like whole grain cereals, veggie omelettes, etc, are great for breakfast

With protein so low you can expect a fair amount of muscle loss, dispite the fact that you're lifting. Maybe you can afford it. I can't. I need to keep what little I have so I keep protein intake high.

Packed in 100% fruit juice, not syrup.

Sugar is sugar whether it comes from fruit juice or syrup. Just looking at a generic nutrition label that says 26 grams of sugar for 1 cup that is a LOT of sugar.

It's just a suggestion btw. Good luck.
