Hey friends. I fell way off of plan and am on a mission to refocus. I decided to start posting my daily weigh-ins here again to help keep me motivated and motivate others. I did this last year when I started Medifast at about 365 lbs. Some of you reached out to me about it being motivational, so I figured that I should do it again. I know the plan works.
