Ummm... O.k., gotta start somewhere. Been on Medifast for 8 hrs. and have probably lost 0. I am having trouble drinking enough water - regular water gives me heartburn (I know that sounds weird) but the infuser is too sweet. I'm going to halve the amount added to water and give it a go.

Jean!! Sorry to hear about the water issue. You may find that a challenge because a lot of the success of Medifast is hydration. Hope you find something that works for you!

And have lost 25 pounds. That is a miracle for me.
I've been having incredible problems losing weight, and it is still slow, even on Medifast.
But finally, the scale is moving in the right direction.
25 pounds more to go!
