The exercise increase made me stall even worse. Make sure you are drinking 100 oz. of water each day, journal your food, make sure not to eat or drink ANYTHING off plan. You should be able to push through that stall. Hope this helps!
I stalled, too, but I finally figured out it is because I was out of ketosis for not eating often enough. I can go all day without eating and that's my biggest problem to overcome and it's a much more of a struggle to eat every 2-3 hours that it is to stick to eating what I should eat.
